Shravan Asthana
Founder
Shravan Asthana operates as founder emeritus of the Penn State Diversity in Healthcare conference. His main interests are the sustainability of the conference's mission, growth and scale of the initiative, and its increased visibility. He thoroughly enjoys mentoring the next generation of undergraduate leaders.
After graduation from Penn State University Schreyer Honors College with degrees in Biology, Economics, and Neuroscience, Shravan attended Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Morgan Kelley
DHT Conference Director (2024-2025)
Morgan Kelley served as a past director of the Penn State Diversity in Healthcare Conference. Her main interests include increasing access to care in underserved communities and advancing care through nontraditional settings such as street medicine and mobile health units.
After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Biobehavioral Health and a minor in Global Health, Diversity & Inclusion, Morgan pursued a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health. She will graduate in May and continue her training through the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program at the University of Pittsburgh to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Mikalili Puckerine
DHT Conference Director (2023-2024)
Mikalili graduated in 2024 with his B.S in Biology Neuroscience. Mikalili is currently preparing for Medical School.
