EXPECTATIONS

- Cameras MUST be on or no certificate will be received

- Active participation in the breakout groups

- There will be a moderator

- Professional attire worn

- Same registration link as everyone else, but make sure to click the Zoom option

- Zoom participants will be listening to the same speakers, case studies, and participating in brainstorming

- Must be present the entire time to receive the PSCOM certificate

- Respectful behavior at all times!
